Radish; Grounded Taste Series

Inspired from my childhood, my fondest memories are my brother and I picking fresh garden vegetables. Some summer nights we had friends sleep over outside in a tent and we would eat the vegetable in the middle of the night, we would get caught eating them, it did take me sometime to realize how my parents knew….. Apparently every time you turn on the outside hose bib to rinse them off, they could hear the water running from inside the house.

The oversized radish sits in a handmade wooden base by Kai Muenzer, which is made to look like its coming from the ground, but the wood almost looks cement like. Life is hard and sometimes you need to pull the right direction to get where we need to go, even if you pull towards many wrong directions on the way, how will you learn?
