Payment is required onsite (no exceptions) Pieces will be returned in less than 14-45 days, each drop drop off will vary, A memorial specialist will drop off pieces at the same location as ash pick up, mailing is also an option for an additional fee. All mailed packages will require a tracking number and fragile shipping labels.
