In Person orders either in Calgary or on the road at one of our Memorial Ash Collection drop off sites *(Note due to Covid, traveling is only in select cities)*
ONLINE ORDERS/SHIPPING:
When mailing cremated remains we require 1 teaspoon per keepsake you are purchasing
Use a double ziplock bag to ship, with name and phone number marked clearly on the bag
you can ship in regular, padded or card stock envelopes *(we recommend tracking number)*

Prices do not include return shipping, once glass memorials are packaged you will be contacted for shipping cost. 1 pieces in CAD $25, and $5 every additional pieces. US customers pay $40 CAD and $5 for every additional piece ( all prices are Paid in CAD dollars)
International clients will be responsible for any duty costs
All packages are sent to you with a tracking number

Out of town orders are subject to 10% cost increase to cover traveling expenses. This is charged onsite at the ash collection. online pre-orders are exempt from from 10% delivery fee.
