🔮 3” Memorial Orb Keepsake

A gentle and compact tribute, the 3” Memorial Orb is a handblown glass globe designed to hold a small portion of cremation ashes. Each orb is created by artist Mandy Patchin, owner of Glass House Xperience, using traditional glassblowing techniques and heartfelt care. The result is a meaningful keepsake that captures light beautifully and offers a comforting way to honor a loved one.

Each orb measures approximately 3 inches in diameter. Because every piece is individually handmade, subtle variations in shape, color flow, and pattern make each memorial orb truly one of a kind.

We require 1 teaspoon of cremated remains per orb. Only a small portion is infused into the glass during creation, and any unused ashes are respectfully returned to you with your finished keepsake.

🎨 Color Options (up to 2 colors):
You may choose up to two colors to customize your orb. Different glass colors contain metal oxides, and some combinations may not blend harmoniously. Warm and cool colors, for example, can react in ways that appear muted or muddy. If you’re unsure which colors will pair well, please feel free to reach out—we're more than happy to offer guidance.

✨ The ashes appear softly suspended within the glass, forming gentle white flecks or floating patterns that make each orb a deeply personal memorial piece.

📦 Sending Ashes:
After placing your order online, please drop off or mail 1 teaspoon of ashes to the address below. For safety and peace of mind, we recommend using a tracked shipping method.
In-Person Option: You may also visit the Glass Gallery in SW Calgary (Haysboro)—available by appointment or during an open house.

⏳ Turnaround Time:
The longest turnaround time is 6 weeks, though most orders are completed within 2 weeks of receiving the cremated remains.
